We accept students of environment-related subjects such as Geoecology, Landscape Planning, Biology, Geology, Cartography and similar areas.

You are also welcome if you work in an adjoining field and share an interest in environmental planning, nature protection and landscape conservation.

We welcome students from all over the world, provided that you speak at least basic German or reasonably good English. Please notice the new regulations concerning the German Minimum Wage Law (see below).

We offer integration in current projects and insight in our daily work. If our requirements are met you will be encouraged to work on minor tasks autonomously or be put in charge of subprojects.

The minimum period for an intership is two months.

Please send a short, significant application including a CV, your expectations of as well as your preferential period of time for the training via email at info@yggdrasil-diemer.de.

We kindly ask to refrain from sending portfolios or work samplings.

Finally we would like to point out that we do not work in urban planning or architecture.

German Minimum Wage Law

As we are not able to pay our interns we can due to the new regulations only accept applicants who

  • have to do internships as part of their course of studies or
  • wish to do a voluntary internship (up to three months) accompanying their studies.
Therefore we unfortunately can't accept applicants who already have a degree or similar qualifications and are not currently studying for a degree.
